当代漆艺革新之道

The way to innovation of modern lacquer arts

大半个世纪以来,我国传统工艺美术纷纷走上"艺术化"的发展道路。就漆艺而言,传统漆艺并未如现代漆艺一样,依照"学术分科"思维来对"平面漆艺"、"立体漆艺"等加以区分。在古代中国,"漆"一直与"器"密切相连,并植根于礼乐文明,以此来延展自身的发展空间。所谓"千文万华,纷然不可胜识",漆艺髹饰了中华文明的律动,而"器用为本"更是道出了漆艺乃至整个工艺文化传承与沿革的"密钥"。随着大数据时代的到来,社会、文化、生产及至人们的"思—行方式"都将面临深刻转变。文化环境与礼仪空间的更化,"匠人营国"与艺术家创作间的身份耽溺,"手艺之魂"与工业化生产中的因缘和矛盾……这些久于中国工艺发展历程中徘徊的议题都将纷至沓来。籍此,本文提出"品级化"的理念,探讨当代漆艺文化的发展问题。

In the past 50 years,Chinese traditional arts and crafts have embarked on a process of ＂artification＂. Unlike traditional lacquer crafts,in contemporary lacquer crafts,two and three dimensional lacquer arts etc. are distinguished by the divisional structure of academic disciplines. In the ancient China,＂lacquer＂and＂ware＂were closely linked. They were rooted in the ancient Chinese ritual and musical culture and henceforth developed from there. As the Chinese saying goes ＂with a thousand of textures and ten thousands of luster,one is bedazzled＂. Lacquer crafts illustrate the rhythm of Chinese civilization. More importantly,what makes lacquer crafts and handicraft culture sustainable is their function- orientedness. The arrival of a digital era dramatically alters the society,culture,production,and people＇s way of thinking and behaving. There have been constant debates throughout the development of Chinese traditional arts and crafts,from about the shift in culture and etiquette,the issue of identity and politics in the creations of artisans and artists,to the conflict between manual crafts and mechanical reproduction. Facing the opportunities and challenges of the modern society,this paper proposes the concept of classification as a way to discuss the issues concerning the development of lacquer craft.
