摘要
玉米芯水解制木糖的生产过程中,阴离子交换树脂脱盐是关键的环节。借助液相色谱分析了D301弱碱性阴离子交换树脂、D201强碱性阴离子交换树脂在不同酸碱度情况下对木糖稳定性的影响规律。结果显示:木糖纯度在不同条件下都有所下降,除发生差向异构化反应转化为阿拉伯糖外,还其他副反应发生;木糖在碱性环境下比中性或弱酸性环境更容易发生差向异构化反应及其他副反应;阴离子交换树脂在一定程度上可以加快木糖异构为阿拉伯糖的反应速率;D201树脂对木糖差向异构化反应的促进作用远强于D301树脂。
Demineralization by anion exchange resin is a key point in the hydrolysis processing of corncob for xylose. In this paper, HPLC technology was used to test the effect of D201 (strongly alkaline anion exchange resin) or D201 (weakly alkaline anion exchange resin) resin on xylose under different pH. The purity of xylose decreased at different degrees in all of the samples. Except of epimerization, there was still someone by-reactions occurred ; all of these are easier occurred in alkaline environment than neutral or acid environment. The reaction rate of epimerization is accelerated when anion exchange resin existed. The effect of D201 resin on epimerization is more significant than D301 resin.
