摘要
连续管井下减阻器能有效地减小连续管与井壁之间的摩擦阻力,提高连续管作业效率,延长连续管的水平进尺。重点对国外Thru Tubing Solutions公司的机械减阻器、Ander Gauge公司的轴向减阻器、Smith International公司的偏心减阻器、Baker Hughes公司的阀体减阻器和水力减阻器的结构、工作原理、技术特点及关键技术等进行了分析,并简要介绍了国内的涡轮减阻器和滚轮减阻器,在此基础上总结国内的发展现状并提出几点建议。研究内容对国内连续管井下减阻器的开发与应用有一定的借鉴作用。
The downhole drag reduction device for coiled tubing can effectively reduce the frictional resistance between the coiled tubing and the borehole wall, improve coiled tubing operation efficiency and extend coiled tubing horizontal reach. Analyses has been focused on the structure, working principle, technical features and key technol- ogies of Thru Tubing Solutions' s mechanical drag reduction device, AnderGauge' s AGT, Smith International' s eccentric drag reduction devices, Baker Hughes' s valve drag reduction device and ERT. Meanwhile, a brief intro- duction has been presented about domestic turbine drag reduction device and roller drag reduction device. The do- mestic development of drag reduction device is summarized and suggestions are proposed. The study could provide references for the development and application of domestic coiled tubing downhole drag reduction device.
