摘要
准确地分析连续管流体特性对施工作业的成功有着重要意义。为此,以垂直井和水平井注入流体为研究对象,建立了流体特性参数计算模型,分析了连续管流体的特性参数。以Visual Studio 2013为开发平台,自主开发了连续管流体特性参数分析软件。通过软件计算分析,确定了连续管内和环空流体压力损失大小,流体流速和流态,任意位置压力大小,得出压力变化曲线和排量-泵压流动特征曲线。研究结果为确定合理的泵压、排量和优选连续管提供了依据。
It is of great importance to success of construction operation to accurately analyze characteristics of coiled tubing fluids. For the reason, a fluid characteristic parameter calculation model has been built for vertical well and horizontal well taken as research objects to analyze characteristic parameters of coiled tubing parame- ters. Coiled tubing fluid characteristic parameter analysis software has been developed independently on the develop- ment platform of Visual Studio 2013. Through software calculation and analysis, fluid pressure loss in coiled tubing and annulus, velocity and flow state of fluids and pressure in any position are determined to get pressure change curve and flow characteristic curve of displacement and pump pressure in order to provide a basis for determining reasonable pump pressure and displacement and optimizing coiled tubing.
