摘要 连续管速度管柱是油田排水采气的主体技术之一,连续管使用一定年限后需要起出,而国内速度管柱带压起管技术尚属空白。鉴于此,研制了38.1 mm速度管柱起管所需的管塞和滚压式重载连接器等关键工具。通过室内试验验证了关键工具结构的可行性,并在苏里格气田成功实施2口井的带压起管现场作业,最后对起出的连续管进行性能评价。室内试验和现场应用结果表明,该速度管柱带压起管技术解决了速度管柱管内封堵和上提解卡的核心问题,满足现场带压起管作业要求。 Coiled tubing velocity string is one of the main technologies for water drainage, which has to be tripping out of hole after certain years ' service. But the domestic technology of tripping velocity string out of hole un- der pressure is still blank. In view of this, key tools like in-pipe blank plug and heavy-duty roller type connector for 038.1 mm velocity string are developed. Then, experimental test has been conducted to verify the feasibility of the tools' structure. Field applications in two wells in Sulige gas field have been successful. The velocity string tripping out of hole has then been conducted performance evaluation. Experimental tests and field applications results show that the new developed technology could address the key issues of in-pipe plug and pulling to release, meeting the onsite requirements of tripping velocity string out of hole under pressure.
