On the archival institution under the visual angle of social control

档案制度是具有明确功能指向的规则系统,而本文侧重展示基于社会控制功能的档案制度,具体将从社会控制与档案制度的关系入手,沿着档案制度起源中的社会控制动机,档案制度变迁中的社会控制意图以及档案制度安排中的社会控制功能实现的三个层次进行全景式的剖析,目的是建立对档案制度社会控制功能指向的认识基础,同时也为进一步全面认识档案制度功能奠定基础。

Archives institution is a system of rules with clear function point. This article focuses on showing archives institution in social control perspective. It starts from the relationship between social con- trol and archive institution, analyzes the problem from three aspects： the social control motivation of archives institution＇s origins, social control intent of archives institution＇s change and the realization of so- cial control function in institution arrangements. The purpose is to create awareness of social control based on archives institution, and to establish the basis for further comprehensive understanding archives institu- tion＇s functions.
