摘要
以氧化铁为催化剂,叔丁基氯和邻二甲苯为原料合成了1,2-二甲基-4-叔丁基苯。反应过程不用添加溶剂,没有废液产生,对环境更为友好。探讨了反应温度、反应时间、叔丁基氯和邻二甲苯摩尔比、催化剂用量对反应的影响。结果表明:反应温度50℃,反应2.5 h,以氧化铁为催化剂,1,2-二甲基-4-叔丁基苯收率97.77%,选择性为99.48%。纯度为99.3%(GC),结构经核磁(1HNMR)表征。
With Fe2O3 as catalyst,1,2-dimethyl-4-tert-butylbenzene was synthesized from tert-butyl chloride and o-xylene. This new method is environmentally friendly in that no solvent was used and the reaction was simply completed without producing any wastes. The effects of the influencing factors,including temperature,time,mole ratio of tert-butylchloride to o-xylene,and the amount of catalyst,were investigated. The results show that,at 50 ℃,and with the catalyst of Fe2O3,we can get the target product in 2. 5 hours. The catalyst Fe2O3 ensures the production of 1,2-dimethyl-4-tert-butylbenzene with a 97. 77% yield and the selectivity of o-xylene conversion to the target product of 99. 48% was achieved. The product of 99. 3% purity( by Gas Chromatogram) was confirmed by1 HNMR.
