A Review of Regulatory Focus Regarding Psychological Motivation from the Perspective of Experimental Manipulation

调节聚焦理论是经典的动机分析理论,在心理学、管理学等诸多领域获得了广泛的应用。实验则是学者在运用调节聚焦理论进行研究时使用的主要方法,而实验研究中的关键性步骤就是操纵。有鉴于此,本文梳理了现有文献中调节聚焦的实验操纵方法,并进行了分析和总结,最后识别了可供改进的问题。

The regulatory focus theory, a classic motivation analysis theory, is widely applied in many fields such as psychology and management. The experiment is the primary method used by researchers when adopting the regulatory focus theory in their study. Moreover, manipulation is the critical step in experimental studies. In view of this, this paper first reviewed, then analyzed and summarized the manipulation methods of regulatory focus in contemporary literature, and finally identified improvement issues. This paper could help researchers to conduct more in-depth researches on the regulatory focus theory.
