“文化元”主导下的城市更新策略研究——以重庆市九龙半岛整体开发为例

Research on Culture-Leading Regeneration Strategy of ChongQing Jiulong District

城市更新是当前中国城市化进程中重要的研究课题和建设行为，为了应对传统城市规划方法在城市更新过程中的失效问题，提出以文化作为更新策略首要元素的价值观和工作方法。通过对九龙半岛城市更新的实践，从时代性、地域性及可持续性三方面阐述“文化元”在城市更新策略构建中的重要作用和其价值体系的推广利用。提出以“文化元”主导下的更新策略架构，为以后的城市片区更新提供例证。

This thesis, based on the case of urban regeneration of Chongqing Jiulong District, analyzes the possibility of culture-leading strategy in an updated, customized and sustainable manner. Urban regeneration is an important research issue against the background of China＇s urbanization. The author puts forward the culture-leading strategy to tackle the problems in the traditional idea of space-leading strategy, in hopes of providing an example for further research on this kind of programs.
