陕北能源化工基地县域村庄布局规划探讨——以神木县为例

Exploration of County Village Layout Planning in the Energy Sources and Chemical Industry Base in Northern Shanxi Province -- A Case Study on Shenmu County

在新型城镇化和城乡统筹发展的大背景下，为了实现公共服务均等化，促进农业现代化，加快农村地区发展步伐，农村居民点的整合集中成为必然趋势。陕北能源化工基地地处毛乌素沙漠南缘、黄土高原北端。生态环境脆弱且压力较大，地区发展差距明显，地域广阔且农村布局分散，需要因地制宜探索适合自身特点的农村居民点整合路径。考虑到村庄布局规划的复杂性，本文以县域为基本研究单位，以陕北地区的典型县——神木县为例，基于对县域村庄布局特征的分析，针对不同地区的村庄发展特点，提出分区整合策略，进而将全县村庄进行分类，实施分类建设引导，从而实现村庄的整合集中，以及县域村庄布局的整体优化。

In the backdrop of the new urbanization and urban and rural co-ordination, the village integration has become inevitable to realize the equalization of public service, promote agricultural modernization and speed up the development of rural areas. The energy sources and chemical industry base on Northern Shanxi is located in the southern margin of the Maowusu Desert and northern Loess Plateau. Its ecological environment is fragile and under great pressure; regional development disparity is obvious; it covers a large area and the villages scatter; So it is necessary to explore the suitable way for the village integration. Considering the complexity of village layout planning, this paper takes the typical county -- Shenmu as an example. Based on the analysis of village-layout and development characteristics in different villages, this paper puts forward partitioning integration strategy, implementing classified construction guide, for the classified villages to realize the village integration and optimization of the county village layout.
