妇女更年期综合征中医护理干预的对照研究

A Control Study on Effect of TCM Nursing Intervention on Cimacteric Syndrome

目的:观察中医辨证施护对更年期综合征疗效的影响。方法:将100例更年期患者随机分为治疗组(51例)和对照组(49例)。对照组根据中医辨证方用六味地黄丸作汤加味,共服用14d;治疗组在中药基础上,加用辨证施护,两组临床疗效及治疗前后改良Kupperman积分进行比较。结果:治疗组总有效率为86.3%(44/51),对照组为65.4%(32/49),两组在临床疗效方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后改良积分有明显下降(均P<0.05);治疗后两组间比较差异有统计学意义(Kupperman积分:14.26±4.15,18.45±6.36;P<0.05)。结论:辨证施护与中药更年期综合征都有治疗作用,但二者联合治疗疗效优于单用中药治疗。

Objective：To observe the effect of TCM syndrome differentiation and nursing effect on meno- pausal syndrome. Methods： 100 cases of menopausal patients were randomly divided into treatment group （51 cases） and control group （49 cases）. The control groupaecording to TCM syndrome square with the Six In- gredient Rehmannia Pill for decoction, taking a total of 14 days; the treatment group in thetraditional Chi- nese medicine basis, with the dialectical nursing, the two groups before and after the clinical curative effect and the treatment ofmodified Kupperman integral comparison. Results： The total effective rate in the treat ment group was 86.3% （44/51）, drug group was 65.4% （32 / 49）, the difference between the two groups in terms of clinical effieaeywas statistically significant （P〈0.05） ; the two groups after treatmentimproved integral decreased significantly （P〈 0. 05） ; difference between the two groups after treatment there was sta- tistieal signifieanee（Kupperman score： 13.23＋ 4.15 and 18.45 ＋ 6.36; P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicinenursing and climacteric syndrome have a therapeutic effect, but the twocombined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine treatment withcurative effect
