血脂康普伐他汀降低老年人胆固醇疗效比较

A Comparison on the Effect of Xuezhikang and Pravastatin on Lowering Cholesterol for the Old

目的:评价血脂康与普伐他汀对高脂血症的疗效。方法:155例高脂血症病人随机分为2组,血脂康组75例,年龄(60±9)岁,采用血脂康丸2粒(每粒0.3g),po,bid,疗程为8周。普伐他汀组80例,年龄(60±9)岁,采用普伐他汀20mg,晚餐后顿服,疗程为8周。结果:2组治疗后血清总胆固醇数值下降,血脂康组有效率为90.66%;普伐他汀组有效率为92.5%。两组经χ2检验比较,无统计学意义,疗效相近。结论:血脂康与普伐他汀疗效相似,均为安全、有效的降脂药物,血脂康优点为价廉。

Objective. To evaluate the effect of Xuezhikang and Pravastatin on hyperlipidemia. Methods. Randomly divide 155 patients with hyperlipidemia into 2 groups, 75 cases for Xuezhikang group, in this group, the range of age was 60± 9,all the patients orally took 2 Xuezhikang tablets twice a day （each Tablet weighed 0.3g）, the course of the treatment was 8 weeks. As for the 80 cases in pravastatin,the range of age was 60±9, they were treated with pravastatin, it was administered at draught, the course of the treatment was 8 weeks. Results.The value of the overall cholesterol in serum declined in both Group after treatment, the effect rate in Xuezhikang group was 90.66%,while the figure was 92.5% in pravastatin group,after the Z2 test and comparison between the 2 groups,it was found not statistically significant, the effect in the 2 groups were nearly the same. Conclusion： The effect of Xuezhikang and Pravastatin are similar, Both of them are safe and can effectively lower cholesterol. Xuezhikang Features with cheap price.
