布拉氏酵母菌应用于肠内营养治疗的效果观察 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探讨布拉氏酵母菌应用于肠内营养中对肠内患者营养状态和免疫水平的影响。方法:将96例患者随机分为肠内营养(对照)组、布拉氏酵母菌肠内营养(观察)组。观察血浆白蛋白、淋巴细胞计数并发症发生率,比较2组患者营养支持前后各项营养状况的变化,对两组疗效及治疗天数进行统计分析。结果:治疗组总有效率(88.00%),对照总有效率(65.22%)。与对照组相比差异有显著性差异(P<0.05),血浆白蛋白及外周血淋巴细胞总数优于对照组(P<0.05),有统计学意义。结论:布拉氏酵母菌应用于临床肠内营养治疗,可以促进患者蛋白质合成、免疫功能恢复以及促进人体对营养物质吸收,具有积极的临床治疗作用。 Objective:To investigate the effect of saccharomyces boulardii applied during enteral nutrition- al therapy on the status of enteral nutrition and immune level of the patients. Methods:Divide 96 patients into enteral nutrition (control group) and saccharomyces boulardii group (observation group),observe serum al- bumin,lymphocyte count and the incidence of complications, compare the changes of the status of nutrition after nutritional support with that before, make statistical analysis on the curative effect and the length of therapy of the 2 groups. Results:The overall effective rate was 88% in treatment group,and the figure was 65.2% ,to compare with control group, the difference was significant(P〈0. 05) ,serum albumin,lymphocyte count of the treatment were all superior to that of the control group(P〈0.05) ,which was statistically signif- icant. Conclusion:To carry out enteral nutritional therapy with saccharomyces boulardii would is conducive to the synthesis of protein, the recovery of immunity and the absorption of nutrition, it is of positive clinical effect.
