摘要
目的:二维半导体阵列在调强放疗中剂量验证中的作用。方法:在二维半导体阵列探头上附加5cm等效水模体,对96例患者的IMRT计划以Map CHECK 2二维半导体阵列进行计量学验证,对比分析。结果:Map CHECK 2二维半导体阵列具有较好的测量重复性与稳定性最大偏差不足0.4%,而在剂量线性验证中表现较好,剂量与距离误差为3%/3mm与2%/2mm条件下,DTA标准的绝对剂量为99.46%与91.11%,相对剂量为98.21%与96.73%,γ标准的绝对剂量为99.94%与92.93%,相对剂量为99.16%与98.27%。结论:Map CHECK 2二维半导体阵列能够准确有效验证强调放疗中的绝对剂量与相对剂量,同时就方便简单的优势,适合推广应用。
Objective:To investigate the application of 2D semiconductor array in the verification of Planar does in IMRT. Methods:Attach 5cm of equivalent water phantom to the probes of 2D semiconductor array. Verify the IMRT plan of 96 patients with the 2D semiconductor array Map CHECK 2 metrologieally and make eontrastive analysis. Results. The repeatability and stability of the measurement of 2D semiconductor array Map CHECK 2 was significant,the maximum deviation was less than 0.4% ,and it also worked well in the linear verification of does. When does and range error was 3 %/3turn and 20%0/2mm ,the absolute does DTA was 99.46% and 91.11% respectively ,and relative does was 98.21% and 96.73% ,the absolute does of γ standard was 99. 94% and 92. 93% respectively, and the relative does was 99. 16% and 98. 27%. Conclusion:2D semiconductor array Map CHECK 2 can verify the absolute does and the relative does in IM- RT definitely and effectively,and it is quite convenient and simple,it is worthy of promotion and application.
