前瞻性护理干预在住院患者预防跌倒的应用研究

A Research on Application of Perspective Nursing Intervention in Preventing Inpatients from Falling down

目的：探讨前瞻性护理干预在住院患者预防跌倒中的应用效果。方法：选取某院在2013年6月～2014年１０月收治的98例住院患者为研究对象，随机均分成对照组和观察组，每组各49例。对照组采取常规护理，观察组采取前瞻性护理，对比两组患者的护理效果。结果：观察组患者跌倒事件的发生率（6．12％）显著低于对照组（20．41％）（P〈０．05）。结论：对住院患者实施前瞻性护理，可以有效降低跌倒事件的发生率，保障患者的安全，效果显著，具有较高的临床应用和推广价值。

Objective：To explore the application effect of prospective nursing intervention on the preven- ting hospitalized patients falls. Methods：Select 98 cases of inpatients received in our hospital during the period from June 2013to June 2014 as the research object, and randomly divided them into control group and obser- vation group, 49 cases for each group, conventional nursing was adopted for control group , while the obser- vation group were treated with prospective care, compared nursing effect of the 2 groups. Results：After nurs- ing, in observation group the incidence rate of fall （20. 41%） was significantly lower than that of control group （6.12 % ） （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Treating the inpatients with prospective nursing can effectively reduce the incidence of falls protect the safety of the patients, its effect is significant, its is of great clinical applica- tion and popularization value.
