内质网参与细胞凋亡信号转导途径的机制研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 内质网是细胞内重要的细胞器,对Ca2+平衡的紊乱和内环境的改变具有高度的敏感性,受到外界刺激后容易发生内质网应激,这会激活内质网参与的细胞凋亡程序。论文对内质网应激途径、内质网参与细胞凋亡的过程和病毒感染细胞发生内质网应激等内容进行了综述。 Endoplasmic reticulum(ER) is important cell organelles, which has a high degree of sensitivity for Ca2+ balance disorders and changed environment. Endoplasmic reticulum stress(ERS) is easy to occur when ER suffers external stimuli, which will activate ER involved in cell apoptosis process. In this paper, ER stress pathway, ER involved in the process of apoptosis and virus-infected cell ER stress were reviewed.
