摘要
基因组学、转录组学、蛋白质组学和结构生物学分别研究生物体的基因组成、基因差异表达、蛋白间相互作用和分子结构特征,在当代生命科学中发挥了重要的作用。近年来,这些新技术的引入为水产科学的发展提供了不可多得的机遇。论文阐述了基因组学、转录组学、蛋白质组学和结构生物学在水产科学中的最新进展,并为蛋白质组学和结构生物学的进一步应用提供了见解。
Genomics, transcriptomics, proteomics and structural biology study the genetic constitution, difference of gene expression, interactions between proteins and molecular structural characteristics of organisms respectively, which play important roles in modern life science. In recent years, introduction of these new technologies have offered huge opportunity for development of aquatic science. In this review, we highlighted the latest advances of genomics, transcriptomics, proteomics and structural biology in aquatic science and provided insights for further application of proteomics and structural biology.
