摘要 壳寡糖是由甲壳素脱乙酰化的产物壳聚糖经降解而获得的低聚物,是现今发现的唯一带正电荷、呈明显碱性的天然氨基寡糖,具有良好的生物活性和独特的生物学功效,在抗氧化、抗癌、增强免疫、促生长、降血脂、抑菌等方面都有一定的作用。壳寡糖及其衍生物的抗氧化活性从体外化学水平到细胞水平,再到动物整体水平都表现出一定的作用,而壳寡糖的抗氧化作用机理也在逐一深入研究,并通过实践研究将其抗氧化功能应用到许多生物领域中。论文通过综述壳寡糖及其衍生物的抗氧化活性、作用机理和生物应用,旨在促进壳寡糖及其衍生物的开发和利用,并阐明壳寡糖的应用前景。 Chitooligosaccharide is a oligomer produced by chitosan's degradation. It is the only natural amino oligosaccharide which has the properties of positive charge and alkaline. It has good and unique biological effects, such as anti-cancer, increasing the immunity ability, promoting growth, hypolipidemic and an- tioxidative effects. The antioxidant activities of chitooligosaecharide and its derivaties from chemical level to the cell level and the overall level of the animals showed certain effects, and the antioxidant activity mechanism of oligosaccharide is in-depth studying. Through the practice research, its antioxidant function was applied to many fields of biology. The author summarized the antioxidant function, mechanism and applications of oligochitosan, aimed to promote the development and use of oligochitosan and its derivativies, and clarified the good application prospect of oligochitosan.
