超声流量计在污水流量计校准中适应性的讨论

Study on Adaptability of Ultrasonic Flowmeter to Calibration of Wastewater Flowmeter

针对超声波流量计在污水流量计现场校准方面暴露出的准确性不高的问题,结合超声波流量计的原理和现场试验,通过数据分析对超声流量计在污水流量计校准中的作用进行了讨论。试验证明,超声波流量计不适用于在线校准污水流量计。

Aiming at the low accuracy of ultrasonic flowmeter being used for the field calibration of sewage flowmeter, the role of ul- trasonic flowmeter in the calibration of sewage flowmeter is discussed by combining data analysis with ultrasonic flowmeter principle and field test. The experiments show that ultrasonic flowmeter is not suitable for on-line calibration of sewage flowmeter.
