摘要
连续油管在使用过程中,不可避免地会产生一些如划痕、凹坑、缩径等,这些损伤都影响连续油管承载能力。为综合客观评价连续油管的承载能力,编制了连续油管寿命预测平台,结合连续油管在线监测设备,建立了"连续油管寿命在线检测"系统,实现了连续管承载能力预测。结果表明,该系统适应性强,评价结果更加全面、客观。
In the use of coiled tubing, some damage, such as scratches, pits, shrinkage, etc., will inevitably affect the load-bearing capacity of coiled tubing. For an objective and comprehensive evaluation of coiled tubing load-bearing capacity, a coiled tubing life forecasting platform is developed, "an online coiled tubing life detection system" is established by combining the platform with coiled tubing on-line monitoring equipment, and the prediction of the coiled tubing load-bearing capacity can be achieved. The application results show that the system is of strong adaptability and the prediction results are comprehensive and objective.
