摘要
油井出砂量预测是稠油冷采和出砂管理的关键。在分析地层出砂机理和出砂统计数据规律的基础上,综合考虑有效应力、流体拖拽力、岩石固有强度和生产时间对出砂量的影响,建立了射孔完井出砂量预测模型。应用该模型研究了不同生产压差、不同射孔密度和不同射开油层厚度下出砂量随生产时间的变化。结果表明,出砂量在油井生产初期迅速增大达到一个峰值,峰值过后,出砂量逐渐降低,最后达到稳定。该模型对稠油冷采和出砂管理具有一定的指导意义。
The prediction of sand output of oil wells is the key to the heavy oil cold production and sand control. Based on the analy- sis of the mechanism of sand production and the statistical rule of sand output data, the sand producing prediction model in perfora- tion completion is established by comprehensively considering the effects of effective stress, fluid drag force, the inherent rock strength and production time on of sand output. The variation laws of sand producing amount with production time under different production pressure difference, different perforation density and different perforation formation thickness are studied using the predic- tion model. The results show that the sand output increases quickly in the initial stage of oil well production, then the sand quantity is gradually reduced and finally the stability is reached. This model has some guidance for the cold recovery of heavy oil and sand con- trol.
