摘要本文对2015年1月1日开始实施的《世界反兴奋剂条例》(简称《条例》)修订条款,从对原有《条例》的加强等方面对新《条例》所增加的灵活性等一些关键变化进行了介绍和阐述,最后从经济和对上诉至国际体育总裁院(CAS)的角度进行讨论。 The Article introducted and discribed key changes of the revision of ＂the World Anti-Doping Code＂, which came into operation on 1 January 2015, from the aspect of strenghing the code and providing flexibility for the code. Also the article introducted the financial consequnces and appeals to CAS.
