2013年体育类核心学术期刊引文失范现象及改进策略

Citation Anomie Phenomenon of the 2013 Sports Core Journals and the Ways for Improvement

规范的引文引用是遏制学术不端等行为的重要手段。然而,经抽样调查及研究分析发现,体育类核心学术期刊中存在虚假引用、数据修改、引用书籍未列起止页码、引文为网络资源者无法显示网页、转引二手文献等12种失范行为,针对于此,需要从作者的学术道德素质、学术评价机制、引文的规范化与法制化建设以及奖惩结合的方针逐步改进引文失范行为。

Standardized citation reference is an important means to curb academic misconducts. Nevertheless, through sample investigation and analysis, 12 misconducts of false reference, data modification, unavailability of the exact page numbers in reference books, unavailability of the web pages containing the quotation, quotation of secondary literature, etc., have been observed in sports core journals. Therefore, in order to curb the citation misconducts, measures can be taken in the respects of author＇s academic moral quality, academic evaluation mechanism, construction of the standardization and legalization of citation and the integration of reward and punishment.
