QC Activity-Reduction of Data Deviation of Parallel Analysis of Fiberstock wet Weight

在再造烟叶制浆工序的浆料湿重检测过程中,存在浆料湿重平行检测结果的差异性,影响数据分析,对现场工艺操作的指导性不强。本课题拟通过成立QC小组,对浆料湿重的平行检测差值的现状进行调查,对其进行攻关,以期达到降低浆料湿重的平行检测差值的目的,提高了数据检测的准确性;同时通过开展QC小组活动大大提高了小组成员工作的主动性,促进了小组成员工作技能的提高。

During the course of fiberstock wet weight analysis for reconstituted tabacco pulping proce- dure, there are significant measurement deviations for parallel analysis, which strongly affects data anal- ysis and provides weak instruction for on-site procedure operations. This project aims at establishing a QC group to investigate the data deviaton of the fiberstock wet weight parallel measurement. This study will help optimize it by reducing the data deviation and improving the data aeeuaracy. In the meantime, the establishment of the QC group would greatly enhance the working initiative of the group members and promote the improvment of working skills of the group members.
