摘要
船舶冷库温度的波动及库内送风方式对冷库内果蔬的保存期影响较大。文章通过对孔板送风方式的数值模拟计算、实体库试验以及保鲜试验来验证孔板送风对延长库内果蔬保鲜期的效果。
The temperature fluctuation and air supply mode of the ship refrigerator have significant influence on the retsntion period of fruits and vegetables. This paper carries out the numerical simulation of orifice plate air supply, field test of entity refrigerator and preservation test to verify the effect of the orifice plate air supply mode on the extension of the retention period of fruits and vegetables.
