摘要
以钙钛矿材料作为光吸收层的太阳能电池是一种广受关注的新型太阳能电池,其光电转换效率从2009年的3.8%快速增加到2014年的19.3%。本文总结了钙钛矿材料的光电性质和制备方法,然后重点介绍了钙钛矿太阳能电池的结构及通过对各载流子传输层的优化以提高器件的性能,分析了其研究趋势及需要解决的问题。
The solar cell based on perovskite materials as light absorption layer is a new type of solar cells,and its power conversion efficiency boosted from 3.8% in 2009 up to 19. 3% in 2014. The optoelectric properties and the preparation methods of perovskite are summarized, structures of the perovskite solar cells are then presented, and the optimezation of each charge carrier transporting layer to improve the device performance is discussed. Finally, its developing tendency and the problems need to be solved are analysed.
