摘要
以α-淀粉酶为生物模板,无水葡萄糖为还原剂,采用湿化学法和碳热还原法合成了Li Fe PO4。材料表现出优异的比容量和循环性能,在160次循环后几乎不能发现容量的衰减。比容量在首次充放电循环后,随着循环次数的增加而出现明显的增长现象。随着粉末中碳含量的增加,比容量有增加的趋势,并且没有伴随有明显的容量衰减现象。
LiFePO4 has been synthesized with a simple two-step-synthesis technology (wet chemwal method and carbothermal reduction method ) in the presence of a-amylase as biological template and anhydrous glucose as the reducing agent. The material shows excellent specific capacity and cycle efficiency,almost no capacity loss can be observed up to 160 cycle. Its specific capacity shows an increasing trend with the cycle number increases after the first cycle. There is an increasing trend over the specific capacity with the increase of carbon content, but the specific capacity was not accompanied by a significant attenuation.
