摘要
人力资源管理是以教育测量学、管理学、心理学、计算机技术和行为科学等学科为基础的一种综合体系。本文采用动态冰山理论对技术人才及人才梯队进行科学的评价,旨在通过研究讨论,提升人力资源管理的效率与质量,为企业的招聘、选拔以及调用等人力资源管理工作提供科学的保证。
Human resources management is a comprehensive system based on the educational surveying, management science, psychology, computer technology and behavioral science. This paper adopts dynamic iceberg theory of technical personnel and talent echelon of scientific evaluation via the research and discussion to improve the quality and efficiency of human resources management, and to provide scientific guarantee for the enterprise recruitment, selection and invocation of the human resources management.
