围绕服务架构、服务资源、服务项目、服务政策、服务评估等内容,提出新建本科院校图书馆服务体系建设要明确服务理念,做好顶层设计;加强资源建设,提升服务基础;拓展服务内容,创新服务模式;推进队伍建设,增强服务动力;重视服务评估,完善服务体系。

Based on the service architecture, service resources, service items, service policy and service evaluation, the paper suggests that newly upgraded college library should clarify service concept, make the outstanding top-level design; strengthen the resource construction, improve service basis; expand service content, innovate service methods; promote team construction, enhance service power; attach great importance to the service evaluation, and improve service system.
