通识教育师资问题研究

Research on the Problems of General Education Teachers

通识教育在本科阶段与专业教育相辅相成,目前国内对通识教育的研究主要集中在通识课程设置、内容、实施以及教学模式与方法上,对通识教育的师资研究较少。通识教育师资上存在缺乏专门的通识教育教师管理机构、没有明确的通识教育教师标准、缺少对通识教育教师的培训三大主要问题,这些问题的解决,对通识教育的发展有着至关重要的作用。

General education and professional education are supplementary to each other in the undergraduate stage. Presently, domestic scholars pay close attention to the curriculum provision, course content, implement, teaching model and method of general education. However, there are few researches on general education teachers. The lack of specialized management institutions, the shortage of specific standards of teachers and the insufficiency of the training of teachers are three primary problems of general education teachers. The solution to these problems is critical to the development of general education.
