With the advent of the information era, Flipped Classroom Model based on information technology arises at the historic moment. Our country is right on the way of reforming quality education, whose guiding ideology comes from the teaching thought of Constructivism. And Flipped Classroom Model meets the requirements of Constructivist Teaching Theory. Therefore, Flipped Classroom Model can be used in the teaching process of quality education to make the Constructivist Teaching Theory practical in the education innovation in China.
