Study on Optimization of Related Industrial Structure of“Marine Food System”

推进"蓝色粮仓"建设,对于保障粮食安全具有重要意义。本研究利用有关统计数据,阐述了"蓝色粮仓"关联产业结构演变历程;通过构建灰色关联度模型,实证分析了产业间关联度及各产业对山东省渔业经济增加值的贡献。数据分析结果表明:"蓝色粮仓"关联产业之间的协调发展程度不高,结构尚需优化调整。应优化海产品加工业结构,加大对种苗业扶持力度,加速海产品冷链物流体系建设,促进海水养殖业健康发展,大力发展远洋渔业,实现近海捕捞业可持续发展。

Promoting the construction of the＂marine food system＂is of great significance for ensuring food security.Based on the statistic data,this study expounds the evolution of the industrial structure that related to the＂marine food system＂.By building the Grey Incidence Analysis Model,this study empirically analyses the correlations between related industries and the contribution of each industry to the fishery GDP of Shandong province.The results of data analysis indicate that the development degree of coordination between the＂marine food system＂related industries is insufficient and the structure still needs to be readjusted.The seafood processing industry structure should be optimized,the seedling industry should be strongly supported and the construction of seafood cold chain logistics system should be accelerated.To promote the healthy development of mariculture,efforts should also be made to strive to develop the distant water fishery and realize the sustainable development of offshore fishing industry.
