晋陕两省生态扶贫移民未迁农户原因探析

Reason of Non Moved Farmers of Ecological Poverty Alleviation Immigrants in Shanxi and Shaanxi Province

通过对晋陕两省生态扶贫移民过程中未迁农户的实地调研访谈,运用统计和比较分析的方法,分析了生态扶贫移民中部分农户未迁的原因,并针对晋陕两省生态扶贫移民政策及执行中存在的问题提出合理化建议,以期为晋陕两省生态扶贫移民工作提供决策和参考.

Through the investigation and interview for farmers no migration in the process of ecological migration in Shanxi and Shannxi provinces,the reasons of no migration for farmers is analyzed by the statistical and comparative analysis method. Some reasonable suggestions are put forward for the existent problem of immigration policy and the implementation in ecological poverty alleviation in order to provide decision reference for ecological resettlement poverty alleviation in the two provinces.
