摘要
对南通建设陆海统筹发展综合配套改革试验区的现状进行了分析,从要素配置、产业体系、交通设施、城镇化、公共服务和社会治理、生态文明等方面对南通陆海统筹发展的战略思路和发展改革路径进行了研究,并提出了对策思考。
With the status quo of pilot region construction that goes with the strategy of overall land-marine development of Nantong analyzed,the paper discusses the strategic thinking on as well as the path to the reform and development from the perspectives of factors allocation,industrial system,transport and facilities,urbanization,public service,social governance and ecological civilization. Corresponding countermeasures are then proposed.
