Characteristics and Strategies of Vocational Colleges' Cooperation with Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises

培养人才的岗位适应性是高职院校与企业合作的主要目的,大部分高职人才就业岗位在中小企业,中小企业因而成为高职院校校企合作的主要对象。从高职院校与中小企业合作的现状出发,提出高职院校要发挥优势,因势利导地与中小企业展开全面校企合作的策略,为人才培养服务。

To foster post adaptability is the main purpose of college-enterprise cooperation. As most of higher vocational graduating students are hired by small and medium-sized enterprises,those enterprises become the main cooperative partners of vocational colleges. Based on an analysis of the present status of the cooperation,the paper put forward strategies for vocational colleges concerning how to make the best of their advantages to co-operate with small and medium enterprises so as to cultivate qualified personnel.
