摘要
2013年10月南通市受"菲特"台风外围影响,全市3天平均雨量155.9 mm,其中暴雨中心区超过250 mm等值线面积达到950 km2,暴雨重现期达到50年一遇,内河水位超过警戒水位0.63 m。针对台风对区域造成灾害的几点原因进行分析,并提出了相应的防御措施。
In 2013 October in Nantong City,Fitow typhoon affected,The average rainfall for 3 days was 155. 9 mm,wherein the central area of rainstorm over 250 mm,contour area reached 950 km^2,rainfall recurrence period to 50 years,inland water level aboved the warning level 0. 63 m. This paper analyzes several reasons which cause disasters on the region,and put forward the corresponding prevention measures.
