莱塞尔机织物在风场中的自由动态弯曲性能

摘要 采用新的动态弯曲测试方法设计一种测试装置,提出动态弯曲角指标,对织物试样在来回弯曲运动中每隔1/24s测试其动态弯曲角,得到动态弯曲角随时间的变化曲线和一段时间内的平均值.分析和评价莱塞尔机织物试样的动态弯曲变形行为,探讨气流、纱线线密度、织物紧度及组织结构对织物动态弯曲变形性能的影响.研究发现,织物试样在一定的气流环境中呈现一种在织物本身和外界气流等多因素下的内在规律性的动态弯曲变形行为,起主导作用的内在因素是纱线线密度,外在因素是气流,与纱线线密度呈负相关,与气流成正相关. A new testing method for dynamic bending angles was proposed and the testing instrument was devised.The dynamic bending angle of each sample flowing back and forth was measured and calculated every 1/24 s.The dynamic bending angle-time curve was then obtained and the average value of the dynamic bending angles was calculated.Afterwards,the dynamic bending behavior of lyocell woven fabric was analyzed and evaluated.The influence of airflow,yarn density,fabric tightness and texture structure on the dynamic bending properties of fabrics was explored.Results show that fabric samples display a regular dynamic bending behavior in certain airflow.The behavior of fabrics is the result of various factors,among which the yarn density is the internal factor and the airflow is the external factor.It is negatively related to yarn density and positively airflow.
