摘要
以氢氧化钠为活化剂、双氧水为氧化剂干法制备纺织氧化淀粉浆料,分析反应温度、反应时间和双氧水用量对淀粉浆液黏度的影响规律.并对所制备的氧化淀粉浆料和工厂用氧化淀粉浆料的性能进行对比.结果表明,所制备的氧化淀粉浆料的浆液性能、浆膜性能、浆纱性能均满足经纱上浆要求.
The dry preparation process by using sodium hydroxide as activator and hydrogen peroxide as oxidizing agent was studied.The influences of reaction temperature,reaction time and hydrogen peroxide dosage for the prepared oxidized starch′s viscosity were analyzed.The performance of the prepared oxidized starch and factory used oxidized starch were compared,and result shows that the prepared oxidized starch has good performance of warp sizing.
