摘要
为提高交流永磁同步伺服电机矢量控制系统中电机转速和电磁转矩的动态性能,设计了一种参数自整定的模糊PI调节器用于永磁同步电机的矢量控制系统.通过模糊规则在线调整参数ΔKp和ΔKi的方法,满足当偏差e和偏差变化率e(c)变化时对参数Kp和Ki的要求,从而改进传统PI调节器的控制性能.并通过永磁同步电机双闭环控制系统的Simulink仿真.结果表明,与使用传统的PI调节器相比,采用所设计的参数自整定模糊PI调节器在高速和低速情况下,系统的电磁转矩和电动机转速的暂态响应特性都有所改善,控制性能更加理想.
In order to improve the dynamic performance of speed and torque in AC permanent magnet synchronous servo motor(PMSM)vector control system,aparameter self-tuning fuzzy PI controller for PMSM vector control system is proposed in this paper.For promoting the performance of tradition PI controller,the parametersΔKpandΔKiwere adjusted online via fuzzy rules to fit the requirement while deviation e and deviation rate e(c)is changing.Simulation results of PMSM double closed-loop control system show that the parameters self-tuning fuzzy PI controller proposed has an improvement in transient response characteristic of electromagnetic torque and motor speed and better performance in controlling under both high and low speed.
