摘要 针对医学图像中脊椎分割的难题,提出一种基于三维形变曲面模型的分割方法.首先,为防止过度分割,在原有"气球"模型的基础上,重新设计一种模型约束力(对流力).其次,利用图像边界与区域信息,得到整体能量函数方程.在图像力和模型约束力的共同约束下,新模型沿着能量函数极小化的方向进行水平集演化,形变模型逐步演化成人体脊椎的精确模型.实验表明,该方法能有效进行脊椎分割,解决了仅使用单一图像信息而造成分割精确度不够的问题. In view of the problem of vertebral segmentation in the medical image,a new vertebral segmentation method based on three-dimensional deformable model is proposed.Firstly,based on the original ball model,a convective force is designed,and it can effectively prevent over-segmentation.Then,calculating the image boundary and regional information,the overall energy function equation can be obtained.Finally,the deformation model evolves along with the direction of energy function minimization,so that the image local feature matches with the deformation model.Using numerical methods,so it can gradually evolve into the boundary contour of the vertebral.According to the above steps to create a three-dimensional model of the vertebral.The experiments on series of vertebral CT images show that this scheme is accurate and fast,and has a more satisfactory segmentation results for the weak narrow concave side.
