Nedd4L与肝纤维化发生关系的研究进展

摘要 神经前体细胞表达发育调控样基因(Nedd4L)所编码蛋白属于泛素连接酶E3,其对胞内蛋白的泛素化和降解过程至关重要,涉及到Nedd4L的作用方式以及活化与调节。越来越多的研究提示Nedd4L与癌症、肥胖、高血压以及纤维化发生过程息息相关,但其具体机制不甚明确。本文将讨论Nedd4L的研究现状,并重点介绍Nedd4L与肝纤维化发生的关系研究进展。 Protein encoded by neural precursor cell-expressed developmentally down-regulated gene 4-like(Nedd4L)gene belongs to the ubiquitin ligase E3. Tt is important for ubiquitination and degradation process of intracellular proteins,which in- volves in the action mede,activatian and regulation of Nedd4L. More and more researches points out that cancers,obesity,hyper- tension and fibrosis are closely related to action of NeddgL, but the specific mechanisms are far from clear. This review focuses on the fibrogenesis of Nedd4L in liver fibrosis.
