电大开放教育是构筑现代人终身学习的新型教育方式。作为基层电大的兵团电大红山学院学员学习基础不等,班主任作为学校和班级之间的桥梁,在学员管理中具有至关重要的作用。班主任不仅要了解学员情况、引导学员适应开放教育的学习,同时还要完善班主任的工作内容和工作流程,培养相应的专业知识,更新教育观念,做好学员学习之路的引导者和服务者。提高班主任的责任心适应新的教育管理模式,从而提高班主任工作的实效性。

Open education in radio and TV university is a new type of education in constructing modern lifelong learning.The basic levels of students of regional Hongshan RTVU are quite different.The class supervisors as a bridge between school and students have an important role.They need not only to understand students,situation,guide them to adapt to open education learning,but also to improve teacher job content and working process,developing corresponding expertise.They should update educational ideas,act as a good guide and servant for students in their learning,improve teacher responsibility to adapt to the new education management model to improve the efficiency of the class management work.
