社区教育发展处于起始阶段时期,要紧紧围绕开发和选择合适的社区教育项目并对之进行科学管理这个中心开展工作。把社区干部培训作为实验初期项目的突破口和着力点,真正实现政府统筹,教育部门为管理主体,多部门协调联动的管理机制,只有在政府的积极推动下,才能充分发挥社会各相关部门的应有作用,促进社区教育的健康可持续发展。

In the starting period of community education development,efforts should be focused on community development and choosing proper education projects and scientific management.Community cadres training is taken as the breakthrough and the focus of the project in the early experiment period.The multi-sectoral linked coordination management mechanism is realized with the government as the overall planner,the department of education as the main body.Only under the government＇s active promotion,can it fully play its due role of relevant social departments to promote the healthy and sustainable development of the community education.
