摘要
三氟哌酸对需氧的革兰氏阴性杆菌和葡萄球菌有优异的抗菌活性,但对链球菌和厌氧菌活性低,而这些菌对利福平敏感。利福平固定为2μg/ml或8μg/ml与三氟哌酸作联合药敏试验。结果表明两药联合后不产生协同、相加和无关各占14.6%和83.6%,仅1株菌呈现拮抗(1.8%)。5株试验菌的药物联合杀菌曲线也未见协同。提示两药联合,虽然相互无关,但却能抑制一些三氟哌酸单药不足以抑制的细菌,值得进一步作临床应用研究。
Fleroxacin has excellent activity against aerobic gram-negative
bacilli and Staphylococci, but most hemolytic Streptococci, Enterococci and S.pneu-moniae have MICs≥8μg/ml. Rifampin has excellent activity against hemolytic Streptococci and S. pneumoniae. A checkeckerboard assay was used with synergy FIC≥0.5, addition>0.5, ≤0.75, indifference>0.75, ≤2, antagonism>2. Of 61 isolates tested synergy was not seen, 14.6% addition, 83.6% indifference, and only 1 isolate showed antagonism. The mean FIC was 1. 2. Using fixed concentrations of rifampin, 2μg/ml and 8μg/ml which could be achieved in man, the fleroxacin MICs were determined for 285 isolates of Enterdbacieriacede, P. derugtnosa, H. influenzas, StaPhylocbcci, Streptococci, Bacieroides, and Clostridium. Fleroxacin MICs -were not increased for any of the organisms, but synergy was not demonstrated. Timekill studies against E. coli, P. aeruginosa, E. cloacae, S. aureus, and S.faecalis failed to show increased killing when the two agents were present at one-half the MBC. The flerox-acin-rifampin interaction is one of indifference,but such a combination would provide coverage for species not adequately inhibited by fleroxacio alone.
