现代城市交通视域下的伦理困境探究

Probe into the Ethical Dilemma from the Perspective of Modern City Traffic

现代城市交通发展正遭遇着污染加剧、结构失衡、管理低效等各种交通伦理冲突以及危机。本文从我国城市交通现状出发,运用文献研究法、观察法、描述性研究法等方法,对城市交通法治、规划建设、管理服务和生态领域的伦理困境进行分析、探究。交通法治要体现人本主义的价值取向;交通规划建设要关注社会公平、环境保护伦理精神;交通管理服务要提高综合协调能力,并减少政绩观、功利性;交通生态发展要遵守低碳原则,实现代际间、代内间的公平。从伦理角度化解城市交通难题,促进交通不断地走向和谐,构建一条可持续发展的绿色交通之路。

Modern city traffic is suffering various traffic ethical conflicts and crises,such as the aggravation of pollution,unbalance of structure,and low efficient of management.Starting with the present situation of city traffic in China,using the literature research method,observation method and description method,this paper analyses the legal system,plan construction,management service of city traffic and the ethical dilemma in ecology field.The humanism value tropism should be embodied in the traffic legal system.Thesocialfairandenvironmentprotectionethicsspirit should be followed closely in the traffic play construction.The comprehensive coordinate ability should be improved,and the political achievement view and utility should be decreased in the traffic management service.The principle of low carbon should be complied with to achieve the intergenerational and generational fair in the traffic ecology development.Based on solving the city traffic problems from the ethics angle,agreen traffic road is built to make the traffic more and more harmoniously.
