34例患者热毒宁注射液所致不良反应报告分析

Analysis of Adverse Drug Reaction Reports in 34 Patients Caused by Reduning Injection

目的：分析热毒宁注射液所致不良反应发生的规律和特点，为临床合理用药提供依据。方法：选取2009年2014年间收集的34例热毒宁注射液所致ADR患者，分析患者性别、年龄以及给药途径、溶媒、原发疾病、联合用药、不良反应发生的部位和转归等情况。结果：34例热毒宁注射液所致ADR患者均为10岁以内儿童，1～8岁者占88．24％；联合用药后发生ADR者为24例（70．59％）；原发疾病以呼吸道感染为主，临床表现主要为药物性皮疹、过敏反应等皮肤及附件表现，发生不良反应在30min内为26例（76．47％），停药后2h内均可恢复；无严重ADR发生。结论：临床使用热毒宁注射液应遵循中医辨证论治的指导原则，按照其说明书的要求，选择合适的溶媒，尽量避免联合用药，联用药物应用皮条冲洗，同时密切观察用药的全过程，尤其是观察用药30min内药物不良反应的发生，提高临床用药安全意识，尽可能减少或避免不良反应的发生。

Objective： To analyze the characteristics of adverse drug reaction in 34 patients caused by reduning in- jection and to provide the reference for clinical rational drug use. Methods： In Changshu Hospital of TCM from 2009 to 2014, 34 cases of reduning injection ADR were collected and analysis was conducted in the gender, age, method, solvent, primary disease, combination, parts and outcomes. Results： 34 patients with reduning injection were within l0 children, 1-8 years accounted for 88.24%; 24 cases of adrs occurred alter combination, accounted for 70.59%. Primary disease was given priority to with respiratory tract infection, clinical drug rash, allergic reactions are mainly skin and ac- cessories such as performance, adverse reactions within 30 min in 26 cases, accounting for 76.5%. Within 2 h after drug withdrawal the patients can be restored, no serious ADR. Conclusion： Clinical use of reduning injection should follow the guiding principles of TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment and based on the requirements of the specifica- tion. The appropriate solvent should be seleded, avoiding the drug combination. The drug combination should conduct- ed pimp flushing, at the same time, the whole process of drug use should be observed in especially the start of the within 30 rain response, to improve drug safety and to reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions as far as possible.
