5S管理在门诊药房自动化调配中的运用与效果评价

Evaluation of Application and Efficiency of 5 S Management in Dispensing Automated Outpatient Pharmacy

目的：评价5S现场管理在改善门诊药房自动化操作区的环境和提升调剂效率中的运用和效果。方法：以医院药房自动化操作区为研究对象，利用品管圈工具，分析调剂效率低的原因；将5S管理方法引入门诊药房药事管理中，介绍具体做法及措施；采用数据收集和五点尺度法分析全面的成本一效果。结果：通过实施5S管理，提高了门诊药房调制效率27．41％-34．33％和工作环境舒适度26．33％-41．15％；同时，患者候药时间和运行成本均减少。结论：5S管理的运用提升了门诊药房自动化调剂效率，改善工作环境，成效较为显著。

Objective： To evaluate the application and effeciency of 5 S management in improving the automated outpatient pharmacy of operation area environment and promoting the application of the dispensing efficiency. Methods： Automation pharmacy operation area was used as the research object in hospital, and the QCC circle tools were used to analyze the reasons of low dispensing efficiency.The 5 S management method was applied in the outpatient pharmacy of pharmaceutical affairs management. Practices and measures were introduced concretely and data collection and five scale method was adopted to improve the cost-effectiveness analysis. Results： Through the 5 S management, dispensing efficiency was increased between 27.41% and 34.33%; the level of work environment comfort was increased between 26.33% and 41.15%. At the same time, patients waiting time and operation cost were reduced. Conclusion： The use of 5 S management has improved the automation outpatient pharmacy work efficiency and the working environment.
