清热除湿汤治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎湿热证疗效分析

Analysis on the therapeutic effect of Qingre Chushi Tang in the treatment of damp-heat syndrome of hormone dependent dermatitis in face

目的探讨清热除湿汤治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎湿热证的疗效。方法选取102例面部激素依赖性皮炎患者依就诊顺序按2∶1比例随机分为治疗组68例和对照组34例。治疗组口服清热除湿汤,对照组口服盐酸西替利嗪,2组均配合硼酸溶液湿敷,治疗4周。治疗后不同时间点比较2组皮疹改善情况。结果 2组皮疹均有不同程度好转,治疗组有效率为86.57%,对照组为62.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。渗出、水疱、水肿在服药第1周改善最明显,红斑、干燥脱屑、瘙痒随治疗时间逐渐好转。2组在减少水疱方面疗效相当,在减轻红斑、水肿方面治疗组起效更快。结论清热除湿汤改善面部激素依赖性皮炎湿热证疗效较好。

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of Qingre Chushi Tang in the treatment of damp-heat syndrome of hormone dependent dermatitis in face. Methods A total of 102 patients with hormone dependent dermatitis in face were selected and randomized into a treatment group of 68 cases and a control group of 34 cases with a ratio of 2：1 according to the sequence of visit to the clinic. The treatment group was given Qingre Chushi Tang orally, and the control group Cetirizine hydrochloride orally, and both groups were also given boric acid solution wet compress in combination for four weeks. The improvement of rashes at different time points in two groups was compared after the treatment. Results Rashes were improved differently in both groups. The effective rate was 86. 57% and 62. 50% respectively in the treatment group and the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Exudation, blisters and edema were improved remarkably after the first week of treatment, erythema, dry skin with desquamation and itching got better with more treatment given. Similar effect on reducing blisters was seen in both groups, and quicker effect on alleviating erythema and edema in the treatment group. Conclusion Qingre Chushi Tang has better effect on improving damp-heat syndrome of hormone dependent dermatitis in face.
