摘要
目的探讨重组人酸性成纤维细胞生长因子(rh-a FGF)持续冲洗联合负压引流治疗皮肤溃疡的临床效果。方法选择2011年11月-2013年12月来本院治疗的皮肤溃疡患者120例,将其按照随机数字表法分为实验组和对照组,各60例,实验组采用rh-a FGF持续冲洗联合负压引流进行治疗,对照组采用生理盐水持续冲洗联合负压引流进行治疗。比较两组的临床疗效、创面愈合率及愈合时间。结果实验组治疗总有效率为90.00%,高于对照组的75.00%,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。实验组创面愈合率为(60.87±20.35)%,高于对照组的(28.69±11.43)%;实验组创面愈合时间为(38.75±12.41)d,短于对照组的(65.82±13.79)d,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论 rh-a FGF持续冲洗联合负压引流治疗皮肤溃疡效果显著,可加速溃疡愈合,提高创面愈合率。
Objective To study the clinical effect of recombinant human acidic fibroblast growth factor(rh-a FGF) continuous irrigation combined with suction drainage in the treatment of skin ulcers. Methods 120 patients with skin ulcers treated in our hospital from November 2011 to December 2013 were selected,and were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,60 cases in each group,rh-a FGF continuous irrigation combined with suction drainage was taken to observation group,saline continuous irrigation combined with suction drainage was taken to control group.The clinical efficacy,rate of wound healing and healing time between two groups was compared respectively.Results The total effective rate of experimental group was 90.00%,higher than 75.00% of control group,with statistical difference(P〈0.05).Wound healing rate of experimental group was(60.87±20.35)%,higher than(28.69±11.43)% of control group;The wound healing time of experimental group was(38.75±12.41) d,shorter than(65.82±13.79) d of control group,with statistical difference(P〈0.05). Conclusion rh-a FGF continuous irrigation combined with suction drainage in the treatment of skin ulcers has significant effect,can accelerate ulcer healing, increase the rate of wound healing.
