血清降钙素原、C-反应蛋白在小儿社区获得性肺炎中的应用价值

Application value of serum procalcitonin,C-reactive protein for pediatric community acquired pneumonia

目的探讨血清降钙素原和C-反应蛋白在小儿社区获得性肺炎中的应用价值。方法选择2010年1月-2013年6月本院收治的40例社区获得性肺炎患儿作为观察组,选择同期健康体检儿童40例作为对照组,分析两组血清降钙素原和C-反应蛋白水平。结果治疗前观察组血清降钙素原高于对照组（P〈0.05）,且血清降钙素原强阳性者多于弱阳性者和阴性者（P〈0.05）,但血清C-反应蛋白水平阴性者、弱阳性者以及强阳性者的病例比例基本相同,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论血清降钙素原与小儿社区获得性肺炎具有相关性,其水平的高低可以反映感染的严重程度,并可作为判断治疗效果的指标。

Objective To analyze the application value of serum procalcitonin,C-reactive protein for pediatric community acquired pneumonia. Methods 40 children patients with community acquired pneumonia treated in our hospital from January 2010 to June 2013 were selected as bservation group, and 40 healthy children in the same period as control group.Serum procalcitonin,C-reactive protein in two groups was analyzed. Results Before treatment,serum procalcitonin in observation group was higher than that of control group（P〈0.05）,serum procalcitonin with strong positive in observation group was more than weak positive and negative person（P〈0.05）,C-reactive protein with negative,weak positive and strong positive cases were basically the same proportion（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Serum procalcitonin has relevant with children community-acquired pneumonia,it may reflect the level of severity and as an indicator to determine the therapeutic effect.
